Water For People India (WFPI), a leading NGO in the WASH space, has been a quiet force in transforming access to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) across some of India’s most underserved communities. As the organization marked 15 years of impactful work, WFPI sought to redefine its brand, amplify its influence, and align its communication strategy with its evolving vision and ambitious Destination 2030 goals.

The Challenge

While WFPI had a strong track record of impact, it struggled with limited public visibility and a lack of strategic communication to position itself as a thought leader in the sector.
